Australian Shipping

All parcels will be delivered via Courier or Australian post (dropped at your letterbox or door).

Australia Express Shipping 1-3 business days (for most metro areas) 
Australia Standard Shipping 3-6 business days (for most metro areas)

Order Delivery times are provided as a guide only and once shipped our reliance is on the service provider. Rural areas both in Australia and overseas may add additional delivery to the time frame. If you have any issues please contact us at hello@kissedearth.com and we will help to resolve delivery issues.

International Shipping

Please note on international shipping: the recipient will be liable for any occurring local duty, taxes and other import costs that may be charged by customs. For all International orders we use DHL delivery.

Lost/stolen packages

KISSED EARTH does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.
